Villa Meltemi is a modern building with all amenities for your Holidays on Naxos, the Island of Ariadne und Dionyssos.
The 140m2 villa in a plot of 5,000m2 is in a quiet location in Orkos, well away from the main tourist areas. It can be reached via an unpaved road which is accessible with a normal car.
At a distance of 100 meters is a small sandy beach. The large sand beaches of Plaka and Mikri Vigla are just a few minutes walking distance.
Mikri Vigla Beach has ideal wind- and kite-surfing conditions. Two wind-and kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
During the season, the village of Mikri Vigla has two well stocked supermarkets and a range of traditional tavernas.
Villa Meltemi has been built to high standards. There are marble floors throughout and central heating.
It is quite spacious and can provide accommodation for two families.
The first floor has an entrance hall, an air-conditioned open-plan sitting room, a TV/DVD-set, an open fireplace and an adjacent kitchen. On the same floor are also two double bedrooms with ceiling fans, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob and electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. All rooms open out on to very large verandas with pergolas. There are areas of both sun and shade in the day time and sunset views in the evening.
The ground floor consists of a second sitting room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
All three bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes.
